The service

PrépareFrance (preparefrance.com) is an online practice platform for the French civic exam, operated by the site publisher (see the legal notice). The "Full access" offer is a one-time purchase unlocking, for the purchasing account, all practice themes, unlimited mock exams and the progress dashboard.

PrépareFrance is an independent preparation service: it is neither the official exam nor a service of the French administration, and passing the exam is not guaranteed.

Merchant of record and payment

Sales are made through Stripe, acting as merchant of record: Stripe collects the payment, collects and remits applicable VAT, and issues the receipt. The price shown at purchase time is in euros, all taxes included. Payment is made once, by card. No subscription, no recurring charge.

Access to the service

Full access is activated immediately after payment confirmation, on the account used for the purchase. It remains available for as long as the service operates.

Withdrawal right and refunds

Since access to the digital content is delivered immediately after purchase, you consent to immediate performance and waive the statutory withdrawal period applicable to digital content. We nevertheless offer a 14-day money-back guarantee: upon request to contact@preparefrance.com within 14 days of purchase, the payment is refunded in full.

Liability and availability

We strive to keep the service continuously available but cannot guarantee it. Our liability is limited to the amount of the purchase.

Governing law

These terms apply without depriving consumers of the mandatory protections provided by the law of their country of residence. The French version of these terms prevails in case of conflict.
